The sole object of the Company is to act as a company for holding trust assets for the Unzeren Trust (the ״Trust״) within the meaning of, and in accordance with, the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance (New Version), as a ״company for holding trust assets״ (חברה להחזקת נכסי נאמנות), and for such sole purpose to engage only in any lawful activity that is ancillary or reasonably related to the holding, administration, protection, acquisition, disposal and realization of trust assets
